These cases represent a small sample of the many cases we have successfully resolved for our clients. No two cases are the same or have the same outcome even if they are similar. All cases have a different value and these cases do not guarantee the same or similar outcome for future cases. There are many factors that determine the ultimate value of the case. The two biggest factors are the nature and extent of the injuries and how much insurance coverage there is from the at-fault vehicle and the Uninsured/Underinsured coverage on your motorcycle and the other vehicles in your household. Most of the cases above exhausted all the available insurance coverage. Unfortunately, many of our clients are hit by drivers with only the minimum amount of insurance required or no insurance at all. Unless you have your motorcycle and other vehicles properly insured, your case may not result in as good of an outcome. Help us help you and our family by being properly insured.

THE MOST IMPORTANT LEGAL ADVICE WE CAN GIVE TO ANY MOTORCYCLIST IS TO HAVE MORE THAN THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF COVERAGE REQUIRED BY THE STATE AND HAVE UNINSURED/UNDERINSURED COVERAGE IN THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT YOU CAN AFFORD. PLEASE READ FURTHER ABOUT THIS COVERAGE BY CLICKING ON YOUR STATE UNDER THE LOCATIONS TAB, OR CALL KIRK OR BRANDON TODAY FOR A FREE REVIEW OF YOUR INSURANCE POLICIES AT 855-IRONLAW.
